The claims made by those selling CBD products in the market cannot be considered to be legal and backed by sufficient research studies. There is so much that still needs to be studied. It is recommended to speak to your doctor before trying any CBD product. It is best to stick to prescription drugs. Although hemp-derived CBD is legal in all the 50 states of the US, the rules governing the sale and concentrations permitted are not the same in all the states.
